Prior to starting Denver & Suburban Management company Ray has been a licensed Real Estate broker and operated in property management for 25 years. He also currently owns a remodeling & maintenance company. His knowledge of property management and market trends comes with many years of experience. Ray previously owned and operated another property management company and sold it in 2012 to start a construction/remodeling business. With that business thriving well he came to the surprising realization he actually missed property management! Ray’s background in HVAC and all property maintenance along with construction provides great expertise for any property maintenance and renovation needs. Ray is also a licensed contractor for any property that needs extensive renovations. His experience in property management has provided him with the knowledge to work with all different types of owners and tenants. He has always maintained a hands-on approach with every property and a personal relationship with each owner to work with your specific property needs.
